What the app does
The app answers questions about the practice: services, whether it may be a fit, fees, insurance, free resources, and how to book a free consultation. It is read-only. It cannot book appointments, take payments, send messages, or create an account. Booking happens only on the practice's own booking page, under its own privacy terms.
Categories of data collected
- What your AI assistant sends. When you ask a question, your assistant may send short details to the app, such as what you want help with, your city or state, whether you prefer in-person or online sessions, who would attend, an age, or an insurance plan name. The app does not ask for, and does not need, your name, contact details, or other identifying information. Please do not include them.
- Standard technical data. Like any website, the service receives technical request data such as IP address, time of request, and the address requested.
The app does not use cookies, does not create accounts, and does not receive your conversation with the AI assistant beyond what the assistant sends in a request.
How the data is used
Request details are used only to filter the practice's public information and return an answer, at the moment of the request. Technical data is used only to deliver the service, keep it secure, and enforce rate limits. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or training AI models, and it is never sold.
Who receives it
- Netlify, Inc., the hosting provider, processes requests to run the service.
- Oliver Drakeford Therapy does not receive, see, or store the details of individual requests, and does not share them with anyone else.
Your AI assistant provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
The app does not store request details. They are discarded once the answer is returned, and the app's code does not log them. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for a short period under its own retention practices, for delivery and security.
Your choices and controls
- You choose what to tell your AI assistant, and you can use the app without sharing anything that identifies you.
- You can disconnect or disable the app at any time in your AI assistant's settings.

Health information
The app provides general practice information, not clinical advice, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship. Please do not send health details beyond what is needed to ask your question. Any therapy relationship, and the health information that comes with it, begins only after you contact the practice directly, under the practice's own privacy practices.

The app is general practice information suitable for a general audience. The practice sees teens only as part of family therapy, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
