1. What the API is
The API provides public information about the practice: services, fit, fees, insurance, free resources, and how to book a consultation. It is free, public, and read-only. It cannot book appointments, take payments, or receive messages. Booking happens only on the practice's own booking page.

Information from the API is general information about the practice. It is not medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the API does not create a therapist-client relationship. Whether the practice is a good fit is decided in a consultation with Oliver Drakeford, not by the API's fit check.
3. Accuracy
The information mirrors oliverdrakefordtherapy.com, which is the authoritative source. We work to keep it current, but fees, insurance participation, availability, and services can change. Insurance information is never a promise of coverage; people should confirm coverage with their plan or through the verification link the API provides. The API is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
4. How you may use it

- Stay within the rate limit (about 120 requests per minute per IP address). Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the API.
5. Privacy
Do not send names, contact details, health information, or other personal information to the API. It does not need them. The API does not store requests or search terms and does not use them for anything other than filtering the practice's public content. Standard technical data, such as IP addresses, may be processed briefly by our hosting provider to deliver the service and enforce rate limits. The API privacy policy gives the details, and the practice's general privacy policy covers the website and therapy services.
6. Availability and changes
